The Coaching Programmes that Catalyzes Professional Development

Every moment spent at TOSS Academy will be valuable for the athletes. They gain knowledge, they will achieve qualifications, they will thrive with efficiency, redefine their passion and demonstrate commitment to badminton. This will be a lifelong, holistic development that will continue to motivate them in the times to come. We believe it will set a new sports culture for the coming generation as well.

Our coaches are determined for professional development. There will be coaching from both national and international resident coaches, a team of visiting renowned coaches and fitness trainers. The academy also have a coaches training and development programme that will introduce new coaches with fresh set of methodologies and understanding of the game.

There is so much for players to discover, it is wise to adopt a long-term, planned approach to coaching so that coaches can offer everything players need to learn and reach high performance levels. Each PC will plan and design their coaching programmes slightly differently but all programmes are underpinned by clear long term aims.
